Resignation Tips

Be prepared when giving your notice. Have your resignation letter with you, but do it verbally at the outset. Be very positive about your experience with the company and also when discussing your new opportunity. If you are leaving because of a new boss you dislike, or leaving because you have been passed over for a promotion, avoid the subject! Don't mention anything negative. Always remember you are resigning, but this is your next reference. Leave them loving you.
