David W. Martinez, Director of Business Development, conducts executive search activities, with a concentration in the areas of operations, merchandise planning, real estate and human resources. David has filled Senior Vice President level searches in operations, Vice Real Estate, Vice President Human resources and Senior Vice President Planning and Allocation.

He joined Ashford in 2003 following sales positions with Sunglass Hut, Southwestern Publishing Company, and a chemical filtration company. He is an avid sky diver and an experienced marksman.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Auburn University.
